IMMO STOP by Autosecureshop: Smart Immobiliser | Coming Soon

Immo Stop

Autosecureshop installs immobilisers, trackers and alarms across the UK, in everything from everyday cars and commercial vehicles to prestige cars and supercars. That work shows what matters beyond the fitting itself: straightforward operation, reliable customer support and the ability to manage a security system as its owner’s needs change.

That experience is behind IMMO STOP, a vehicle immobiliser and connected management platform that Autosecureshop is preparing to bring to market. IMMO STOP is coming soon. The IMMO STOP website is open for anyone who wants to follow its progress, and this post explains what the system is designed to do and where it is heading.

What Is IMMO STOP?

IMMO STOP combines a vehicle immobiliser with a smartphone app and a backend platform for device registration, administration and ongoing support. It is being developed around three groups: vehicle owners who want convenient control, installers who need clear registration tools, and dealers who want to support their customers throughout ownership.

For owners, the aim is control that is easy to use and support that is easy to reach. For installers, it is a registration process that produces accurate records without extra paperwork. For dealers, it is visibility of the devices they have fitted and a way to help customers after the sale.

Development and testing are continuing, and further features are planned as the platform grows. Everything described below reflects the current plan, so details may change before launch.

Smartphone Control and Additional Family Access

The IMMO STOP app will let an authorised user arm and disarm the immobiliser from their smartphone. Control sits in a device most people already carry, which keeps day-to-day use simple.

The system will also support additional authorised phones for family members or trusted users. That makes it practical for vehicles shared by more than one driver, without handing one phone around the household.

Emergency override keys are part of the design too. They give owners an alternative when the phone battery dies, which is a common enough problem that any phone-based system needs a plan for it.

Find Your Last Parked Location

The app will include a last parked location feature to help owners find where they left their vehicle. It should be handy in large car parks, busy town centres or unfamiliar streets, where one row of cars looks much like the next.

It is important to be clear about what this feature does. It records the parking location rather than providing continuous live vehicle tracking.

Full vehicle tracking with no subscription is in production and planned for a later update within the same app. Details of compatible hardware, availability and operation will be shared as development progresses, and owners can follow updates on the IMMO STOP website.

Automatic Installation Certificates

Registration should give customers useful documentation while helping installers keep accurate records. When a new IMMO STOP device is registered, an installation certificate will be generated automatically and sent to the customer. The installer’s dealer details, the product serial number and the installation information are added without manual entry.

Warranty details are also recorded in the backend, which gives customers and the support team a clear reference point if a question comes up later.

One point is worth stating plainly. An installation certificate documents the installation; it does not, by itself, confirm insurance approval. Anyone who needs to meet an insurer’s requirements should check them with the insurer directly.

A Platform Built for Ongoing Support

Phones get replaced, tags go missing and families change vehicles. Each of those situations needs a practical support process, and that is where the IMMO STOP backend is meant to do much of its work.

The platform brings device registration, installation records, warranty information and product serial numbers into one place. Dealers will be able to view device status and see how many phones are connected to a registered device, which helps when a customer calls with a question.

Central administration tools support revoking access for lost or stolen phones and tags, and they manage over-the-air software updates. The replacement-tag process works in a similar way: a blank tag is sent to the customer and programmed when it connects to their app, with the process managed through the administration platform.

A system that can be administered centrally also means changes are handled through a defined process rather than ad hoc fixes, which is easier on the customer and on the installer.

Dealer and White-Label Opportunities

Autosecureshop is inviting vehicle-security installers, dealers and potential trade partners to register their interest in IMMO STOP ahead of launch. The IMMO STOP dealer network page is the place to do it, and registrants will receive launch news and partnership details.

White-label options are also planned for selected trade partners who want their own branding supported by the Autosecureshop backend platform. The aim is to build lasting relationships with businesses that value professional installation and ongoing customer support.

Built by Autosecureshop

IMMO STOP draws on experience installing and supporting vehicle-security products nationwide. That practical knowledge is going into the system itself, from the customer-facing app to the registration process and the administration tools behind it.

It is early days, and there is more to come.
